It is the policy of Dobson and Crowther Limited to conduct all of its operations safely, protecting the health of its employees and any other person who may visit the company.
The Managing Director, members of the Management team and all individuals with specific responsibility for Health and Safety, are committed to the following:
- Compliance with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and all subsequent related regulations
- Provision of a safe place of work, with safe equipment and safe working practices
- Provision of appropriate Health & Safety information, instruction, training and supervision for all employees and other people involved in activity on Dobson and Crowther Limited company premises
- Management of the Health & Safety of all employees by promoting a culture of individual awareness and responsibility for Health & Safety
- Seeking continuous improvements in our Health and Safety performance
The specific means by which Dobson and Crowther Limited ensures achievement of the above, and the detailed responsibilities of individuals within the company for Health & Safety matters, are contained within the company's Health & Safety Policy Document. Copies of this have been given to all managers and are available, on request, from the Safety Adviser.
